Brandon Lowe unlikely to return from IL this weekend

All-Star infielder Brandon Lowe is unlikely to return from the injured list for this weekend's series against the Orioles in Baltimore, according to a report from Rays beat writer Marc Topkin. (Marc Topkin, TampaBay.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Lowe has been on the injured list since fouling a ball off of his shin on July 2 and was originally optimistic he would only need the minimum stay. It is not yet clear how much additional time he will miss, but Rays manager Kevin Cash indicated that he could return sometime next week.
