Fantasy Impact:
Severino has been out all season with shoulder and lat issues. At this point he won't return until late August at the earliest, so Cashman says he'll be a 75-pitch starter if that's the case. There's also a chance the Yankees could use him out of the bullpen to speed up his timetable. Either way it looks unlikely that he'll contribute in a meaningful way for fantasy teams.
