Robbie Ray improved to 7-6 on Friday in St. Louis, striking out eight and walking two while allowing just one run over 6 1/3 innings pitched.
Ray also allowed just two hits as the D'Backs went on to win 4-2. The only run Ray surrendered was via a Matt Wieters solo homer. The 27-year-old southpaw continues to struggle with his control at times but remains a must-start fantasy option due to his immense strikeout upside. Ray gets the Brewers in his next start.
