Max Scherzer lands on injured list

Fantasy Impact:
It was reported earlier that Scherzer was going to make his scheduled start on Tuesday against the Orioles, but the Nationals decided to place him on the injured list instead. The move is retroactive to Wednesday, so the earliest he could return would be Saturday against Atlanta. It’s not clear how long Scherzer will be out. Spencer Kieboom was recalled in a corresponding move.
