Andrew Miller picked up the save Thursday against the Reds, allowing one hit in a scoreless ninth inning. He struck out one.
Fantasy Impact:
This was Miller's second save in four chances this season, and he now owns a 3.86 ERA, a 1.29 WHIP, and 45 strikeouts in 30.1 innings. Carlos Martinez was likely unavailable to pitch Thursday night, as he had worked in the two games prior. Martinez is still the guy to own in the Cardinals' bullpen, unless the team acquires an established closer at the trade deadline.
