Mets starting pitcher Noah Syndergaard allowed one earned run on six hits and one walk while striking out eight over seven innings in a no-decision against the San Francisco Giants on Thursday.

Syndergaard looks to finally be turning a corner and pitching like the ace that he has shown he can be in the past. Over his last two games, he has allowed three earned runs over 14 innings while striking out 17 and walking just one. He will look to continue to trend in the right direction when he takes on the Padres at home in his next start.
