You can hardly blame the Phillies for inquiring, even with the signing of Drew Smyly earlier this week. Stroman would represent a measurable upgrade to the Philadelphia starting rotation – and the move to the City of Brotherly Love would help his fantasy value, as well. Stroman enters Friday with a 5-10 record to go along with a 3.25 ERA, a 1.27 WHIP and 88 strikeouts over 110 2/3 innings.
