Max Scherzer dealing with inflamed bursa sac

Scherzer went on to say that he would not pitch this weekend, but is hoping to return to action early next week. Fantasy owners are hoping for a quick recovery for Mad Max, who is 9-5 with a 2.30 ERA, a 0.98 WHIP and an NL-leading 181 strikeouts over 129 1/3 innings this season.
