Fantasy Impact:
Harvey has been hit hard in his 12 starts with the Angels, evidenced by his 7.09 ERA and 1.54 WHIP in 59 2/3 innings. He signed a 1 year $11 million contract over the winter, but did not provide the Angels with the reliable starter they were hoping for. Due to his contract, Harvey will most likely pass through waiver claims. An MLB team might take a chance on him for the veteran minimum if he clears waivers.
