Jon Lester pitched to a no-decision Friday against the Padres, allowing four runs on 12 hits and no walks across six innings. He struck out six.
Fantasy Impact:
Lester was batted around a bit, but was largely able to limit the damage, as only three of the Padres' 12 hits went for extra bases. Lester departed with the lead intact, but the Cubs' bullpen blew the lead later in the contest. Lester is now 9-6 with a 3.87 ERA and 105 strikeouts in 107 innings. He'll take on the Giants on the road next.
