Daniel Mengden (5-3) allowed four earned runs on three hits and four walks while striking out five in 5 1/3 innings in Friday's 5-2 loss to the Rangers. He took his third loss of the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Mengden lost for the first time since he faced the Indians back on May 12th. He owns a 4.85 ERA, 1.42 WHIP and 41:25 K:BB in 55 2/3 innings this season. His next scheduled start is Thursday, home against the Brewers.
