Brendan McKay expected to be recalled and start on Thursday

Fantasy Impact:
McKay was sent back down to the minors just over 10 days ago, but that move was more procedural than anything else and was likely just a way for the Rays to continue to limit his innings. The 90 innings McKay has thrown this year are already a career-high, but the Rays will need him to contribute in the wake of Blake Snell's injury if they are going to compete for a playoff spot in the American League.
