Mike Minor yields five runs in win Wednesday

Mike Minor (9-6) allowed five runs on seven hits and three walks while striking out five through five innings in Wednesday's 9-7 win over the Mariners. He picked up his ninth win of the season.
Fantasy Impact:
After posting a 1.70 ERA in June, Minor closes out the month of July with a 6.59 ERA in five starts. He was rumored to be dealt at the deadline, but remains in Texas where his fantasy value is roughly the same. Minor owns a 3.21 ERA, 1.21 WHIP, with 141 strikeouts through 140 innings. His next scheduled start is Tuesday, away against a revamped Indians lineup.
