Jose Quintana picks up ninth win Friday

Jose Quintana (9-7) earned the win Friday against the Cubs. He allowed two runs on seven hits and no walks across six innings. He struck out five.
Fantasy Impact:
Quintana was able to keep the Brewer bats at bay, scattering seven hits in six innings. Ryan Braun tagged him for a solo homer, but otherwise Quintana was effective. He now has a 4.40 ERA and a 1.35 WHIP in 21 starts this season. He'll take on the Athletics at home in his next start, which will come on Wednesday.
