Alex Young struck out nine on Friday versus the Nationals, taking the loss while allowing two runs over six innings.
Fantasy Impact:
Young obviously pitched good enough to win but the Arizona offense was shut out in this one. The 25-year-old has been impressive through seven appearances (six starts) with the D’Backs, totaling a 2.60 ERA. He’s a name to monitor moving forward but has a tough matchup next time against the Phillies.
