Joe Musgrove (8-10) took the loss Sunday against the Mets. He allowed eight runs on 10 hits and no walks across 3.1 innings. He struck out five.
Fantasy Impact:
Musgrove caught the Mets at a bad time, as they have caught fire within the past week. Musgrove got hit hard, surrendering two home runs and five extra-base hits when all was said and done. Musgrove's ERA ballooned to 4.69 after the rough outing. He's been up and down this season (mostly down) and has been plagued by home runs. He'll look to shake this outing off, and get back on track next time. He's scheduled to take on the Cardinals next Saturday on the road.
