Jose Quintana strikes out seven in win Wednesday

Jose Quintana (10-7) picked up the win Wednesday against the Athletics, allowing one run on two hits and no walks across seven innings. He struck out seven.
Fantasy Impact:
Quintana held the Athletics bats at bay for the entire afternoon; the only run he allowed came on a sacrifice fly in the fourth inning. This was a nice change of pace for Quintana, who had allowed five, three, and two runs in his previous three starts respectively. Also, in those starts, he allowed four home runs. His ERA sits at 4.23, and he has 110 strikeouts in 129.2 innings this season. He'll take on the Phillies on the road next on Tuesday.
