Ariel Jurado (6-7) allowed two runs on three hits and two walks while striking out five through seven innings in Wednesday's 2-0 loss to the Indians. He took his seventh loss of the season.

Jurado blanked the Indians for over six innings before allowing a two-run home run to Jose Ramirez in the seventh. The seventh inning effort was his longest of the season. Jurado owns a 4.74 ERA with 69 strikeouts in 93 innings this season. His next scheduled start is Monday, away against the Blue Jays.
