by Connor Rooney | Wed, Aug 7th 7:38pm EDT

Carlos Martinez (2-2) blew the save Wednesday against the Dodgers, allowing one run on two hits in 0.1 innings. He had one strikeout.

Fantasy Impact:

The Cardinals held a one-run lead entering the bottom of the ninth. Andrew Miller recorded the first out, then hit a batter, before being replaced by Martinez. Martinez allowed a single, struck out the next batter, then surrendered a walk-off single. This was Martinez's third blown save of the season, and it raised his ERA to 3.72 in 29 innings pitched.
