Blake Snell (elbow) set to being a throwing program soon

Fantasy Impact:
It will be the first time he has thrown since undergoing surgery to remove loose bodies in his elbow back in July. Snell could realistically re-join Tampa Bay in early September, so fantasy owners should be stashing him in an IL slot if possible.
