Gary Sanchez to catch and bat second for Railriders

Gary Sanchez will bat second and catch on Thursday for the Yankees’ Triple-A affiliate Scranton Wilkes-Barre Railriders. (SWB Railriders on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This will mark the second rehab start for Sanchez, who was placed on the IL on July 24th with a groin issue. In Wednesday’s matchup with the Charlotte Knights, Sanchez went 1-for-3. He’s expected to rejoin the Yankees soon, at which point Kyle Higashioka may be optioned down to Scranton.
