Will Smith had a pinch-hit single in the ninth inning and scored the game-winning run in the Dodgers' 2-1 walk-off win against the Cardinals on Wednesday.

Smith took an 0-2 fastball from closer Carlos Martinez and ripped it into left field for a single in his only at bat. He would come around to score on a game-winning single from Russell Martin. The rookie catcher is now a blistering 6-for-7 in his ninth-inning at-bats for the Dodgers and is hitting .333 with three home runs since being recalled on July 26th.
