JaCoby Jones left Thursday's game after being hit by a pitch on his left wrist. He was diagnosed with a contusion after further testing. (Jason Beck on Twitter)

Jones seems to have avoided any structural damage, though he'll likely be re-evaluated Friday before game two of the Tigers' weekend series against the Royals.
