Andrew Miller earned his 19th hold as the Cardinals blanked the Royals 2-0.

The big southpaw helped to preserve the shutout victory over Kansas City. Miller had struggled to begin August, allowing runs in three of his first four appearances. Fantasy owners will hope that Tuesday’s scoreless appearance is a sign of things to come for the former closer.
