Twins' Michael Pineda activated from IL

The Minnesota Twins on Thursday activated right-handed starter Michael Pineda from the injured list. The team optioned Randy Dobnak to Triple-A Rochester to make room. (MLBTradeRumors)
Fantasy Impact:
Pineda's numbers this year aren't phenomenal, but the 30-year-old pitcher has posted above-average strikeout numbers (7.92 k/9). Pineda can be a serviceable starter down the stretch for the Twins, as well as fantasy owners, as both push for a strong finish to the season.
