Rays pitcher Tyler Glasnow is set to throw his first bullpen session on Monday, according to a report from Neil Solondz on Twitter. (Neil Solondz on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Glasnow got off to an excellent start for the Rays but has not pitched since early May due to a forearm strain. Forearm strains are often a precursor to elbow issues or Tommy John surgery, but there have been no reports that Glasnow is in need of such drastic measures. He is still at least a few weeks away from returning, and he might be destined for a bullpen or opener role when he does. Monitor his status over the next couple of weeks for updates.
