Jeff Samardzija stayed hot on Friday in Arizona, allowing just two runs on five hits over 5 1/3 innings, receiving a no-decision as the Giants eventually won in extras.
Fantasy Impact:
Samardzija struck out four and walked two. By no means was this a dominant outing, but the 34-year-old has now given up just five runs over his last five starts. He'll carry a solid 3.54 ERA into his next outing versus the Cubs.
