Pete Alonso hits 40th home run Sunday

Mets first baseman Pete Alonso went 3-for-4 with a home run, two RBIs, and three runs scored in Sunday's win over the Royals. The homer was his 40th of the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Alonso now has three or more hits and three of his last four games while also adding two more home runs to his tally during that span. He appears to be the favorite to win National League rookie of the year and has a shot at hitting 50 home runs after setting a new rookie record with his 40th on Sunday.
