Dillon Peters allowed five runs (four earned) on seven hits and four walks while striking out three through four innings in Monday's 8-7 loss to the Rangers. He did not factor into the decision.

Peters had tossed three quality starts in a row coming into the contest, but but he saw that come to an end against the Rangers. He threw 106 pitches in just four innings in Monday's loss. Peters owns a 3.92 ERA, 1.40 WHIP and 36:13 K:BB across 41 1/3 innings on the season. His next scheduled start is Saturday, away against the Astros.
