Tommy Milone picks up third win Tuesday

Tommy Milone (3-7) allowed four runs on six hits and a walk while striking out four through five innings in Tuesday's 7-4 win over the Rays. He picked up his third win of the season.

Milone has held his opponents without a homer for just the fourth time in his last 11 outings and surrendered just one free pass. He has settled into a role working as a primary pitcher, generally entering the game in the second inning. Milone owns a 4.84 ERA and 1.15 WHIP with 75 strikeouts across 83 2/3 innings. He will most likely work as the primary pitcher for Monday, home against the Yankees.
