Adrian Houser (6-5) earned the win Wednesday against the Cardinals, allowing three runs (one earned) on six hits and two walks over 5.1 innings. He struck out six.
Fantasy Impact:
Houser cruised through the first four innings of his start, before allowing two runs in the fifth and one in the sixth before being pulled. He's been consistent of late, allowing exactly one earned run in each of his previous three starts. He owns a 3.662 ERA and has struck out 85 batters in 82 innings. He lines up to face the Cardinals again next Tuesday.
