San Diego adds James Shields to a truly impressive list of newly acquired players. Matt Kemp, Justin Upton, Wil Myers, Derek Norris, Will Middlebrooks, Brandon Morrow, Brandon Maurer.

Can you list how many San Diego players from last year you wanted on your fantasy team? That’s right, none. 2015 will be a whole lot different. James Shields heads the Padres as someone who is Fantasy relevant. The Big guy can be someone you could take right after Kershaw. Look for 15 wins, a low 3.00 ERA, 200K’s and a nice low WHIP. Finally the Padres will be fantasy relevant.
