Minnesota Twins right-hander Kyle Gibson picked up his 12th win in an 8-5 victory over the Tigers on Saturday. Gibson gave up five runs (four earned) over 5 1/3 innings while striking out eight.
Fantasy Impact:
Gibson should have fared better against a light-hitting Tigers lineup but his fantasy owners will take the win and the strikeouts. Overall, he has a 12-6 record, 4.49 ERA, and 141 strikeouts in 144 1/3 innings of work.
