Trevor Williams (6-6) pitched six shutout innings while allowing three hits with one walk and three strikeouts Saturday against the win, earning him his sixth win.

Williams has been disappointing on the whole for the Pirates this season, but he was sharp on Saturday, throwing six shutout innings for the first time since his first start of the year. He owns a 5.35 ERA, 1.41 WHIP, and 84 strikeouts in 112.2 innings this season. He'll take on the Rockies on the road on Thursday.
