Homer Bailey posts quality start in win Monday

Homer Bailey (12-8) allowed three runs on eight hits and no walks while striking out three in Monday's 19-4 win over the Royals. He picked up his 12th win of the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Bailey has now won three straight decisions and owns a 4.02 ERA through five starts in August. He has pitched better than his overall numbers indicate. Bailey owns a 5.04 ERA, 1.39 WHIP with 119 strikeouts in 134 innings for the Royals/Athletics this season. His next scheduled start is Saturday, away against the Yankees.
