Chris Bassitt allowed five runs (three earned) on six hits and a walk while striking out one through four 2/3 innings in Thursday's 9-8 win over the Royals. He did not factor into the decision.
Fantasy Impact:
Bassitt has an 2.75 ERA in his past nine starts and hasn't lost a decision since July 24th. He owns a 3.67 ERA and 1.19 WHIP with 118 strikeouts across 130 innings. His next scheduled start is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, home against the Angels. There's a possibility that Bassitt will be out on paternity leave in the near future.
