Can Matt Kemp's 2014 2nd half surge carry over at Petco?

Kemp ended 2014 with 77 runs, 89 RBI, 25 HR and a .287 BA. In the second half of the year, he really turned it on, posting 17 HR, 54 RBI, 39 runs and a .309 BA. Those statistics topped all outfielders and Kemp looks to bring those statistics to Petco Field in 2015 with the new look San Diego Padres. (Isaac Rodriguez on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Kemp is one powerful guy, as his average batted ball distance was around 300 feet. Those same home runs should still go over the fence at Petco and if he can stay healthy and carry over his 2014 surge, Kemp could be looking at over 100 RBI’s and 32 home runs. Some people will worry about Petco; even if some fly balls do not go over the fence, a 28 HR year is not out of the question for this top ten outfielder.
