Jhoulys Chacin signed a minor-league contract with the Red Sox on Saturday, Chris Cotillo of The Springfield Republican reports. (Chris Cotillo on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Chacin was released by the Brewers as he has had struggles on the mound with the team a 5.79 ERA before going down with the right lat strain in late July. The veteran pitcher looks healthy and should see some time on the mound with the Red Sox but is not worth grabbing in fantasy.
