Steven Brault (4-3) earned the win Sunday against the Rockies, allowing two runs (one earned) on four hits and two walks while striking out five through 6.1 innings.
Fantasy Impact:
Brault allowed a home run to Nolan Arenado in the sixth, then a string of base hits in the seventh, prompting his removal. Brault relies heavily on his fastball; a shocking 69 of his first 70 pitches were fastballs. He has a 3.88 ERA and a 1.40 WHIP through 15 starts this season. He'll take on the Cardinals next Saturday at home.
