Chicago White Sox right-hander Lucas Giolito pitched well in a 5-4 loss to the Angels on Friday. Giolito allowed two runs over seven innings while striking out six.
Fantasy Impact:
Giolito left in line for the win but the bullpen coughed up three runs behind him to blow the game. The young hurler has been excellent in a breakout campaign, posting a 14-8 record, 3.27 ERA, 1.07 WHIP, and 216 strikeouts in 170 2/3 innings.
