Vince Velasquez allowed two earned runs on five hits and two walks while striking out eight over five innings in Tuesday's win over the Braves.
Fantasy Impact:
Velasquez has pitched to very mixed results this season and has not been pitching deep into games. He does have 121 strikeouts over 108 2/3 innings, but his 4.89 ERA shows how inconsistent he has been. He is currently scheduled to get another start this week when he takes on the Indians in Cleveland.
