Minnesota Twins right-hander Jake Odorizzi pitched well in a 3-1 loss to the Chicago White Sox on Wednesday. Odorizzi allowed two runs over 5 2/3 innings while striking out nine.
Fantasy Impact:
Odorizzi wound up taking the loss on a rare day where his offense didn't score much. The right-hander's record drops to 14-7 with a 3.59 ERA, 1.24 WHIP, and 171 strikeouts in 153 innings of work. He will see the Tigers next week in what should be his final start of the season.
