Giancarlo Stanton hits a homer in win over the Jays

by John Aubin | Yankees Correspondent | Sun, Sep 22nd 7:22am EDT

Giancarlo Stanton went 2-for-3 with a home run and two RBI to lead his club to a 7-2 victory over the Blue Jays on Saturday.

Fantasy Impact:

Stanton hit his first home run since June 24 as injuries have severely limited his playing time this year as the slugger has had multiple injuries, most notably a PCL strain in his right knee that kept him out of action for three months. Stanton has a .300 batting average with two homers and nine RBI in 12 games.
