Charlie Morton gave up just one hit with three walks and nine strikeouts as he pitched six innings combined with four relievers on a one-hit shutout of the Yankees on Wednesday.

In what should be his last appearance of the season, Morton finishes up with a 16-6 record with a 3.05 ERA. The veteran starter also had 240 strikeouts over a career-high 194 2/3 innings.
