Yuli Gurriel signs one-year contract with Astros

He would have gone to arbitration had he not landed the guaranteed deal. Additionally, he has the right to declare free agency after this season. The 35-year-old was fantastic in 2019, batting .298 with 35 homers, 104 RBI, and an .884 OPS.
