Kyle Gibson close to signing with Rangers

Fantasy Impact:
The terms of the deal are not yet known. Gibson started 29 games for the Twins last year and posted a 4.84 ERA with 160 strikeouts in 160 innings. He would likely serve as the Rangers' number three starter behind Lance Lynn and Mike Minor.
