The San Diego Padres are deep into talks to acquire outfielder Tommy Pham from the Tampa Bay Rays, according to a report from MLB insider Jeff Passan. Padres outfielder Hunter Renfroe is expected to be included in the proposed return. (Jeff Passan on Twitter)
