Cesar Hernandez considered by Indians

Fantasy Impact:
Hernandez was non-tendered by the Phillies this offseason and will likely join a new team for 2020. He was again fantasy relevant in 2019, batting all over the Phillies' order, even some time in the leadoff role. Hernandez has proven to be a versatile player that should find a home an likely a starting role this offseason. Cleveland could provide that at second base. Hernandez has been able to chip in across the board, though not exceptionally well in any one category. Last year he hit .279/.333/.408 with 14 homers, over 140 combined runs and RBIs, and nine stolen bases.
