Mookie Betts popping up in trade talks for Dodgers

Bob Nightengale of USA Today writes the Dodgers have had "exploratory trade talks" with the Red Sox about Mookie Betts. (USA Today)

Nightengale notes that the Dodgers' priority remains Cleveland shortstop Francisco Lindor. However, they want to keep their options open. Corey Seager is reportedly available in a deal for either star and would make for a fascinating trade. Betts is a free agent after the 2020 season and is projected to earn about $30 million in arbitration this year.
