Hyun-Jin Ryu inks four-year deal with the Blue Jays

Fantasy Impact:
Ryu gives the Blue Jays an ace they have been searching for all off-season. He had fantastic 2019, leading the majors in ERA (2.89). Ryu's fantasy value takes a hit, switching from the NL to the AL and pitching half his games at hitter-friendly Rogers Centre. He owned a 14-5 record, 2.32 ERA, 1.01 WHIP and 163 strikeouts across 182 2/3 innings pitched for the Dodgers last season. With a switch to leagues and a new supporting cast, it will be tough for Ryu to repeat his dominant 2019 campaign.
